Software Developer (ServiceNow)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support Senior developer in core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
• Responsible for ServiceNow code development work, scripting, and supporting maintenance,continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholder to develop new service catalog and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
• Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
• Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Min 3 - 5 years experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
• Expertise as a developer with hands on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow solution in client environment
• Minimum of ServiceNow certified system administrator
