Software Developer (ServiceNow)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to support Senior developer in core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
2. Responsible for ServiceNow code development work, scripting, and supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholders to develop new service catalog and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
4. Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
5. Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2. Min 3 - 5 years experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client.
3. Expertise as a developer with hands-on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow solutions in client environments.
4. Minimum of ServiceNow certified system administrator.
