Software Developer - Singapore - HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance IT applications, including implementing new enhancements to the applications, troubleshooting live issues to identify causes of the problems and providing workable solutions to fix the issues;
• Redevelop existing e-services to cloud infrastructure and meet security requirements;
• Perform design, programming, integration, system testing, and assist users in User Acceptance Test (UAT) and documentation;
• Generate unit tests and end-to-end test scripts using Azure technologies;
• Develop automated test cases to prevent similar issues;
• Ensure timely deployment of all enhancements and fixes to the testing and live environment;
  • Includes collaboration with end-users, server administrators, database administrators, and system analysts supporting the IT systems.

Requirements:

• Frontend; must have at least three years of good working knowledge in JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX/JSON;
• Backend; must have at least three years of good working knowledge in J2EE (Weblogic 12c, Tomcat), Struts, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, or Spring Boot, Restful APIs, and MS SQL or Oracle 12C or PL/SQL;
• Must have at least three years of good working knowledge in version control software like Git;
• Desirable skills include development experience using Azure App Services, Spring Cloud, Tomcat, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, RedHat Linux OS, Spring MVC, Hibernate, agile development, and DevOps processes.
