We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and Next.js. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications while working with a team of developers toward achieving project goals. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and Next.js.
2. Build and maintain API integrations for seamless communication between systems.
3. Work closely with team members to produce efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for existing applications while providing basic support for deployed systems.
5. Ensure applications are responsive, providing seamless user experiences across various devices.
6. Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high coding standards and adherence to best practices.
7. Guide team members with technical mentorship to foster skill development and collaboration.
8. Collaborate with project managers to define and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
9. Stay current with industry trends and propose new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
10. Quickly adapt to new projects, challenges, and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma and above, in the field of Information Technology or equivalent fields.
2. At least 2 years experience in related fields.
3. Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and NextJS.
4. Solid understanding of web development practices, responsive design, and UX principles.
5. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Tailwind) and version control (e.g., Git).
6. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work independently as needed.
8. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience with additional mobile application frameworks.
2. Knowledge of best practices in data security and privacy.
3. Knowledge in AWS server management.
