About The Role
You will be a member of the staff reporting to the Operations Manager/Executive Director.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct home visit independently or joint visit with counsellors where necessary
- Assess client’s social and financial needs
- Administer application for financial assistance scheme and bursary etc.
- Provide casework support for the clients
- Support Operations Manager/Executive Director in the planning and running of programmes
- Compiling and providing timely submission of relevant reports to the management and external agencies for continuity of care
- Work with partner agencies and referring the clients to relevant services when required
- Participate in community outreach to raise awareness of programs and services
- Undertaking all administrative functions related to case management and related events.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Executive Director
Requirements
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the social service and support schemes
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Meticulous and detailed
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
