Leverage your unique blend of skills and knowledge to support the LEGO Group’s efforts to be a global force for learning through play.

We are hiring for an internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Please indicate your available dates in your Cover Letter and submit your CV together with unofficial transcripts.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Execution and coordination of various planning, administrative and logistical tasks amongst key stakeholders to drive the implementation of our Social Responsibility work, including
  • Supporting our local community engagement initiatives which drives volunteering at the LEGO Group, and
  • Supporting our product donation initiatives which enables us to bring play to more children in the community.
  • Assist to manage preparatory and management tasks related to the organization of Play Day 2025 to mobilise staff of the LEGO Group to be advocates of learning through play.
  • Support the collection of impact stories and distil relevant insights from past project reports to inform the LEGO Group’s social responsibility strategy in the APAC region.

The role will support the Social Responsibility Senior Manager in driving local community engagement activities in Singapore and other countries in the APAC region to enable greater access to learning through play to children in need. In line with this, the role will also make a significant contribution in mobilizing resources from the Singapore Office as part of our global effort to be advocates for learning through play with the organization of Play Day 2025.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Currently pursuing undergraduate studies
  • Great project and event management experience and skills
  • Curious and resourceful!
  • Strong interest in engaging with children and believe in the importance of learning through play
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and timelines independently
  • Good communication and digital media and design skills
