YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for driving and deploying sustainability and social responsibility programs as defined by ST Corporate Sustainable Development Team to the subcontractors (OSATs) by setting up strategy and collaboration action plans on Environment Socia Governance programs
  • Subject matter expert on RBA and serve as Direct Responsible Interface (DRI) with corporate teams and central BEMT Sustainable Team by accelerating job understanding, experience and exposure on mentioned
    area.
  • Accountable for the deployment of full material declaration (FMD) to GOBM subcontractors assembly and bumping plants.
  • Accountable for deployment of ST EHS Banned Substances specifications to all backend subcontractors and also requesting for valid certificates of analysis (COA).
  • Accountable for the deployment of all Sustainable Excellence request or project to all subcontractors. This includes conflict free minerals policy, collection of Key Environmental and Safety Indicators, the collection and analysis of Business Contingency plans, signing of RBA-ST commitment letters and participation in RBA VAP audits, etc.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in engineering or sciences
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in managing semiconductor assembly, test and packing materials
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in managing Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) topics.
