Manage and create high-engagement content for communication channels e.g. email, website, social media that reflects our brand’s voice.
Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts and manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
Create compelling marketing copy for various campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing content using metrics and KPIs, and use insights to refine and improve future content strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support broader marketing initiatives and objectives.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with key business goals.
Proactive and willing to learn; having a positive and pleasant disposition. Able to work independently as well as being a good team player in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in corporate communications in the healthcare industry or any non-profit healthcare sectors.
Possess quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
An excellent communicator and writer; experience with media/public relations is a plus.
Equally comfortable executing hands-on and leading internal and external teams.
