Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a flair for content creation, and a deep understanding of social media trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.
2. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and identify potential viral content opportunities.
3. Content Creation: Design engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms.
4. Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos to support content strategies.
5. Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Lemon8).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut).
5. Experience in photography and videography.
6. Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
7. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
