We’re looking for a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Senior Executive. Incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and publishing content, monitoring social media analytics, communicating with followers and fans, and staying informed about trends and innovations in social media.
Job Description
Produce compelling and engaging content tailored for companies' social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
Generate innovative and engaging social media campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Actively engage with companies' social community regarding our services.
Plan and coordinate social media distribution of regular content, campaigns, and new product releases.
Monitor performance metrics, assess campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies, and monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with influencers and industry professionals to build a strong network.
Qualifications
Degree in related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media role.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
Proficient writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for social media posts and campaigns.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Later, Meltwater, SproutSocial, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience with Canva and CapCut or similar programs is a plus.
