Job description

About the Role:

To increase the global exposure and reach of the company through international social media platforms. Able to independently plan and manage content that boosts the company’s exposure in prominent financial media, both domestically and internationally, possess strong knowledge in financial media (e.g., Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg). Collaborating with the investment and financing team to manage public opinion and brand awareness prior to an IPO, as well as maintaining the company’s market reputation post-IPO. The role emphasizes content planning and management rather than event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily content maintenance and promotion on international social media platforms to enhance awareness and engagement in the global market.
  2. Lead the overall content management and planning process, ensuring the output of creative content, including copywriting and visuals, aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
  3. Strengthen the company’s presence in international financial media, establishing key communication channels with global investors and markets.
  4. Utilize public opinion analysis tools to track and assess the impact of media coverage, managing market sentiment post-IPO to maintain a stable share price and positive brand image.
  5. Monitor and optimize key operational metrics in media operations, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), by improving lead generation efficiency through media channels.
  6. Assist in developing and executing media operations and promotional plans, collaborating with the investment and financing team to support pre-IPO market awareness.
  7. Build and maintain a strong network of media contacts capable of distributing news and content to leading financial publications and platforms.
  8. Stay informed on global financial and market trends, creating targeted content to elevate the company's international visibility and drive market traffic.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a QS top 200 institution, preferably in journalism, media, finance, marketing, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in media or financial media, preferably with prominent international media platforms (e.g., Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg).
  3. Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of the operation of international social media platforms, with extensive experience in content planning and public opinion management.
    • Skilled in using market trends and public opinion analysis tools to manage media outreach effectively.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools like Photoshop and Premiere.
  4. Established media connections to efficiently distribute content to well-known financial publications and media outlets.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with investment, financing, marketing, and international media teams, with the ability to create and publish high-quality content for international audiences.
  6. Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, understand audience psychology, and create compelling public opinion campaigns that align with industry trends.
  7. Strategic mindset with the ability to adjust media strategies in line with the company’s evolving needs.
