We’re looking for a highly organized individual with an eye for design and social media to take charge of our social media operations. This role involves overseeing a team of writers, designers, editors and social media executives to ensure smooth production and scheduling of high-volume content for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to keep operations efficient and collaborative.
• Manage the workflow of social media content production, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee content quality, providing guidance to maintain standards and meet client expectations.
• Monitor scheduling and posting processes, ensuring all content aligns with client requirements and timelines.
• Keep up with social media trends and design standards, suggesting improvements to content aesthetics and formats.
• Act as a problem-solver to address any bottlenecks or challenges in the production pipeline.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
• Strong organizational and management skills to handle multiple moving parts in a high-output environment.
• An appreciation for good design and social media trends
• Experience working with teams, coordinating efforts, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• A proactive attitude and an ability to adapt to fast-paced workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), AI design tool other relevant design tools as well as strong marketing / graphic design background will be a big plus
