Social Media Operations Executive

Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking a Social Media Operations Executive to manage and execute social media operations. This role focuses on maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with audiences, and optimizing social media performance for the brand.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Operations Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of social media platforms, content scheduling, community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
2. Execute social media campaigns and ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives.
3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
4. Work with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote brand awareness.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with insights to improve engagement and reach.
6. Stay up to date with social media trends and implement best practices.
7. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to execute social media strategies.

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
5. Creative with a keen eye for detail and design.
6. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
