Responsibilities:

• Oversee TikTok matrix operations, including account positioning, growth strategies, content scheduling and planning, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring.
• Conduct in-depth research on preferences in overseas markets and TikTok's distribution mechanisms to produce videos that align with platform standards and user preferences, creating viral content and driving internal traffic.
• Monitor platform user feedback and respond promptly to maintain a strong brand image.
• Analyse best practices within the industry and track competitor activities to refine and iterate operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in the entertainment or content industry, with a background in content operations or social media operations.
• Familiar with short video platform distribution mechanisms, with strong insight into content creation and key market trends. Proven experience in creating viral content.
