Job description

We are looking for a talented and energetic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing social media strategies that boost our brand visibility and engagement. You'll leverage various social media platforms to promote our products and services, create captivating content, and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and elevate brand awareness.
  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok, ensuring the creation of engaging and relevant content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Conduct research to stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse social media performance, generating insightful reports to inform strategy.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers and the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach and engage our audience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry news, events, and opportunities to enhance social media content and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and interpreting social media metrics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of content creation tools like CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Competence in filming with simple to semi-professional equipment.
