About the role

Join our dynamic team at 'A Jeweller's Catalogue' as a full-time Social Media Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our social media presence and engaging with our target audience across multiple online platforms. Based in the Orchard Central Region, this role is integral to the success of our marketing communications strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Gain hands-on experience with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. Learn to optimize website content, perform keyword research, & implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize our social media channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, Etsy, Xiao Hong Shu and Twitter etc
• AI Tools for SEO: Get trained on using cutting-edge AI tools and software to enhance SEO efforts. Learn how to leverage technology to analyze data, generate insights, automate marketing tasks.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Copywriting: Create and manage weekly email marketing/newsletter using Klaviyo
• Managing affiliates and liaising with them, marketing online
• Managing social media Ads on different platforms
• Coming up new and create ways of reaching out to potential customers through different platforms
• Proficient in SEO
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
• Develop and manage appealing social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance
• Ad-hoc and admin works

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Strong creative and visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
• Passion for the jewellery industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
