We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Manager to join a dynamic marketing team and work on projects for a renowned bank.
Mandatory Skill-set
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
At least 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, management, or digital marketing, ideally within the financial or corporate sector;
Experience in the B2B environment, particularly in corporate banking, financial services, or related industries;
Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) for content creation and communication;
Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms algorithms and best practices;
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics);
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail;
Demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly;
Ability to think strategically and creatively to produce high-impact content that drives business outcomes.
Desired Skill-set
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva;
Knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimizing social media content for search.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media content strategy that drives engagement and increases visibility across corporate banking platforms, particularly LinkedIn;
Ensure that all content aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging;
Create engaging and shareable content for B2B audiences, including thought leadership articles, infographics, client success stories, and industry updates;
Oversee the end-to-end creation of multimedia content (including text, images, video, and interactive elements) that resonates with corporate clients;
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, PR) to produce high-quality content tailored for social media platforms;
Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and virality across various platforms (with a primary focus on LinkedIn);
Regularly evaluate content performance and adapt strategies based on data insights and social media analytics;
Build and manage online communities of corporate clients and industry influencers, ensuring timely responses and ongoing engagement;
Analyze content performance using platform insights and third-party analytics tools to track engagement, impressions, and ROI;
Work closely with other marketing teams, including digital marketing, public relations, and branding, to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to content distribution;
Suggest and experiment with new content formats, platforms, and social media tools to keep the brand's digital presence fresh and innovative.
