Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing, creating, and optimizing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a creative mindset, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to execute data-driven strategies to grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand identity and positioning as a market leader in the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

  1. Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
  2. Create high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and captions aligned with the brand voice.
  3. Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.

2. Social Media Growth & Engagement

  1. Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  2. Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  3. Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to enhance content performance.

3. Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution

  1. Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the digital advertising team to optimize ad performance and engagement.
  3. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

4. Influencer & Community Collaboration

  1. Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
  2. Coordinate influencer partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  3. Build and nurture an online community of brand enthusiasts and design lovers.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  1. Monitor key social media metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  2. Analyze data to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
  3. Suggest innovative tactics based on data-driven insights.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  4. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  5. Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  6. Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  7. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design trends.
