Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company’s voice and values.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant elements into content creation.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Schedule and publish posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the audience and address inquiries or concerns.

Audience Growth and Engagement:

  • Implement strategies to increase the number of followers, likes, and shares.

  • Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers and influencers.

  • Analyse and leverage social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.

  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Social Media Calendar and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

  • Prepare regular reports on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Present findings and insights to management for strategy refinement.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging.

Crisis Management:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media.

Social Media Trends and Platform Updates:

  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities for improved performance.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure social media activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of proven experience in social media & digital marketing.

· Familiarity with social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising on social platforms.

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (writing & spoken).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and grow online communities.

· Willing to work 1 day per week at Sales Counter based at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

· Strong understanding of content creation, trends & engagement strategies.

· Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
