Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Social Media Content Writer/Scriptwriter to develop engaging and impactful content for various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop creative scripts for short videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
• Craft captions, hashtags, and taglines that align with the tone and messaging of the brand.

Social Media Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies for campaigns and product launches.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and audience preferences.
• Adapt content to align with current trends while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce cohesive and visually appealing posts and videos.
• Provide input during the content planning and ideation phases.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools.
• Use insights to refine future scripts and content for better engagement and conversion.

Brand Voice Development:

• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, mission, and values.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and storytelling across all platforms.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation or scriptwriting.

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging digital audiences.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Creative thinker who can generate unique and innovative content ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing for TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram Reels.
