About the Role
As a Soapmaker & Production Lead, you will be at the heart of our studio operations—crafting our signature products by hand and upholding the standards our customers trust and love. This role is both creative and practical, requiring care, consistency, and a passion for thoughtful, sustainable living.

Responsibilities

• Handcraft soaps, scrubs, and other bath essentials following established recipes and brand standards
• Maintain consistency and quality through each step of the production process
• Coordinate daily production schedules and timelines with the team
• Support stock-taking, inventory management, and order fulfilment
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the studio
• Learn and adapt through on-the-job training and continuous improvement
