Job Description/Requirements

1. Min 'N/O/A' level or higher
2. Min 7 years of related experience
3. Able to communicate in both English & Mandarin with clients
4. Assist on import receiving
5. Picture taking for all incoming & outgoing shipments
6. Assist on binning the engines and spare parts to location
7. Assist on export picking & ensure all engine serial numbers/spare part numbers are correct
8. Assist on quality check for all outgoing shipments
9. Ensure all rust & dust are removed from engines/parts
10. Report all non-conformances created by wooden box packer
11. Assist on un-stuffing & stuffing engines from containers & trailers
12. Assist in installing & dismantling alarm harness & centa couplings
13. Housekeeping the warehouse floor
14. Ensure containers are washed & cleaned after unstuffing
15. Issue parts to production (ACEGEN) based on BOM order request
16. Weekly cycle count
17. Ensure all spare parts follow FIFO practice
18. Check all import parts against import checklist
19. Assist in overseeing warehouse operations and lead team to complete tasks assigned
20. Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedule and ensure equipment certification is up-to-date
