Sales Associate

As part of the BA&SH team, you will be expected to help develop the brand with dedication, enthusiasm, and elegance.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide the highest level of customer service and professional suggestions, actively completing sales performance goals.
2. Treat customers politely and kindly, continuously improving customer satisfaction with the brand.
3. Proficient in product knowledge, including product code, price, characteristics, and maintenance methods.
4. Proficient in using the company's computer equipment such as POS systems, data collectors, printers, etc., and know how to use related software.
5. Carefully check the accounts of daily sales and inventory items.
6. Ensure the safety of goods and avoid theft and other losses.
7. Cooperate with the supervisor in work inspections; actively implement work instructions.
8. Be able to complete work tasks assigned by the superior during specified working hours.
9. Have a good team spirit, can get along harmoniously with superiors and colleagues, and work together to ensure the success of the company.

Requirements

1. Prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment is an advantage.
2. Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
3. Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Being a WeChat, Little Red App, and Instagram user would be a plus.
6. Be dynamic, proactive, and a team player.
