About Department and Purpose of the Position
As an Oncology Pharmacy Operations and Business Unit Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and business strategies related to the NCIS oncology pharmacy unit. Partnering with the NCIS Oncology Pharmacy Head, you will assist to formulate and manage the delivery of NCIS strategic goals and initiatives through administration of collaborations, clinical operations support, service contract and project management activities including planning and integration of care provision, coordination of efforts, formulate business proposals for cost-effective and sustainable value-based care models and corporate strategy activities, for NCIS and its satellite sites, and the upcoming NUHS cytotoxic compounding hub. This role involves providing leadership, coordinating with various stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective delivery of oncology pharmaceutical services.
The position requires an independent and self-driven individual with a deep passion for public healthcare and is keen to take up enriching opportunities to further develop his/her career and growth in healthcare administration.
