Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to attract the best talents for the organisation.
  • Build constant talent pipelines.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with institutes to attract and recruit talents through internships and campus/overseas recruiting events.
  • Review processes to streamline and digitalize while ensuring/improving positive candidate experience.
  • Use metrics to create hiring dashboards, track and report hiring fulfilment against plans, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Familiarity with recruitment channels, including digital and social platforms.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree with 5 years of working experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a talent acquisition role (ideally in volume hiring).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment with high volume recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Workday, social media, and job boards.
