Snr Exec / Manager / Senior Manager (Leadership Development) - 1 year contract

What the role is:

1. Oversee the comms and engagement of leadership and career development initiatives
2. Drive and/or support the review and/or introduction of various talent development and engagement initiatives

What you will be working on:

1. Develop and drive comms and engagement for various target groups and:

• Talent pool (e.g. officers on talent programmes)
• Leadership Groups
• Supervisors of officers on talent programmes
• Civilian officers (HASEs) (on career development)

• Review of existing / introduction of new LD/career development initiatives (e.g. domain-specific career track development, mentoring)
• Work with teammates to organise various talent development initiatives (e.g. Crisis Comms workshops for talent pool officers, welcome session, Phoenix Community-related work, Home Team Posting Exercise)
