Snr Exec / Deputy Mgr / Mgr – Graduate Affairs & Career Svcs [ITE Headquarters]

What the role is
The Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive – Graduate Affairs & Career Services works with the 3 ITE Colleges and various HQ Divisions to support the Educational & Career Guidance of our students, graduates and alumni, tracks our graduate’s employment & employability through the Graduate Employment Surveys, and fosters & builds overall alumni relations. This position reports to an Assistant Director.

What you will be working on

• Be adept in ECG tools to provide career advisory to students, alumni and graduates
• Manage graduate, ECG and GES data & records for submissions to various government agencies
• Lead, plan and coordinate events such as ITE-MHA ECG Career Fair, and ITE’s Homecoming engagements with alumni & graduating students
• Work closely with 3 Colleges and across different industry sectors to find employers to support job placement services & career fair events
• Support the Graduate Employment Surveys and follow up with feedback received, especially on employment and employability
• Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals
• Study, analyse & interpret student & graduate data for policy initiatives and delivery of ITE student & graduate services
• Review and refine processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Dept and Division
• Track & report on funds utilisation and preparation of budgets
• Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant working and industry experience
• Good IT knowledge, proficiency in digitalisation, and knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
• Strong organisational and event management skills
• Flair for administrative & finance-related work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.
