Our client, an Asia Excellence Award-winning L6 fire protection systems contractor with over three decades of expertise in Singapore’s building industry, is renowned for delivering comprehensive one-stop solutions. Their impressive portfolio spans diverse sectors, including Aviation, Commercial, Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Residential projects.

To support their growing project, they are hiring a Senior/BIM Modeler for a 5-day work week across multiple locations, including their HQ in Northeast Singapore.

Job Description

1. Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
2. Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
3. Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
4. Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum tertiary education with min 3 years of relevant experience
2. Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software & M&E Services knowledge is a MUST
3. Able to read & understand technical drawing and translate to concepts.
4. Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently
5. Experience in Fire protection systems is an Advantage.
6. Singaporean ONLY.
