Snr/BIM Coordinator (A1 MRT main contractor) - Tracy T.

Join one of Singapore’s leading A1 main contractors renowned for their expertise in infrastructure development, including MRT and large-scale projects.
With a solid track record in delivering high-quality results, our client is hiring a BIM Coordinator to support their MRT project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update 2D/3D models for design and construction stages.
• Review and integrate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings into models, resolving conflicts.
• Highlight coordination issues, collaborate with engineers, and propose solutions with the design team.
• Train BIM modelers and drafters on company BIM standards.
• Guide project members on BIM standards and implementation.
• Perform 4D and 5D simulations.
• Assist in drawing plan submissions and shop drawing production.
• Support project coordination, sequencing, and as-built modeling.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Project Engineer or BIM Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of BIM experience, preferably on MRT or infrastructure projects, A1 Main Contractor experience would be an advantage
• Proficient in REVIT and C&S 2D/3D modeling.
• Experience in civil, construction, or structural engineering is preferred.
