Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sitecore Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Sitecore-based solutions for our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Sitecore Solution Architect and possess expertise in digital experience platforms, with preference given to candidates who have additional experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management platforms.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Sitecore solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and Sitecore-specific implementation techniques.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Sitecore technical solutions. Engage with clients to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
• Integration Management: Manage and lead integration efforts with third-party tools, services, and other platforms, such as CRMs, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Platform Customization: Customize Sitecore implementations, including site layout, content management, personalization, and workflows.
• Performance Optimization: Oversee the performance optimization of Sitecore solutions, ensuring optimal load times, scalability, and efficient content management.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Produce detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and user manuals. Ensure that teams follow Sitecore best practices and industry standards.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Leverage knowledge of other digital experience platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS or DXP platforms to enhance project delivery and innovation.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address complex technical issues, offering innovative solutions to overcome challenges during project delivery and in post-launch environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sitecore Solution Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Sitecore-based solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), and Sitecore Experience Management (XDM).
• Experience with integrating Sitecore with third-party platforms, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools.
• Working knowledge of other digital experience platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
• Strong expertise in .NET, C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Experience in cloud-based architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, content marketing, and SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Sitecore Certification (Sitecore 9.x or higher) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Sitecore Experience Analytics (XA), Sitecore Marketing Automation, and Sitecore’s xConnect framework.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (e.g., Sitecore on Azure, AWS).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and web performance optimization tools.
