Site Technician

We are looking for a Site Technician to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support for customers’ ventilation systems such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Cooling Towers etc. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth fan operation through analysis, verification and troubleshooting. If you have passion for the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site technical support for customers, including setup and configuration of AHU/FCU/Cooling Tower fans.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve onsite failures, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
3. Manage technical and product-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Assist the sales team with technical support and fan selection.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to reproduce and resolve technical issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with test measurement tools such as power loggers, airflow meters, and pressure sensors.
• Familiarity with HVAC/ACMV systems and fan technologies is advantageous.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively as an individual.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
• Responsible, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
