Responsibilities:

1. Plan work schedules and activities, assign work to workers
2. Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure timely progress, project completion, and quality control.
3. Report work progress to the project manager in a timely manner.
4. Source, purchase, collect, and deliver tools and materials.
5. Check installations and ensure work is done according to specified requirements as per drawings.
6. Handle on-site technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
7. Provide hands-on work support during manpower shortages or unforeseen circumstances to ensure deadlines are met.
8. Conduct handover inspections with clients.
9. Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness, eliminating hazards.

Requirements:

1. Able to drive and possess a Singapore driving license to travel between sites.
2. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, M&E, or a related field.
3. Experience in the construction renovation industry in a supervisory role.
4. Able to understand basic SLD and MEP drawings, floor plan drawings, structural drawings, etc.
