Site Supervisor - Plumbing

Job Requirements

1. Good knowledge in building construction sector
2. Able to understand Architectural, structural and M&E drawings
3. Minimum 5 years experience preferred
4. 6 days work week
5. Good team leader with basic English communication skills
6. Need to take charge of M&E team(s) - plumbing experience preferred
7. Have a valid class 3 driving license
8. Work location based on project assigned
9. Require to travel around Singapore if necessary
10. Able to plan, monitor and manage assigned project to ensure smooth flow of tasks
11. Able to liaise with various consultants and sub-contractors in a timely manner
12. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations
