Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor cum Construction Manager to supervise and manage our construction sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions
5. Manage and control site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables
7. Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship and materials
8. Manage and report on site incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and management
3. Possess a valid Site Supervisor Certificate (e.g., CSCS, BCSS)
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
