Site Supervisor (Interior Fit Out)

About the role

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for interior fit-out projects? We're seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Icon Projects Pte. Ltd. in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of our client's interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of tradesmen and subcontractors on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the client's specifications.
2. Liaise with clients, designers and project managers to understand and implement project requirements.
3. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to site.
4. Oversee quality control processes and address any issues or concerns that arise.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress, including health and safety compliance.
6. Provide regular updates to the project management team on the status of the work.
7. Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building regulations.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, designers and the project team.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site.
