Position Title: Site Supervisor
Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday, 8am – 12pm - 5.5 days
Salary Package: Basic + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth waste collection operations.
2. Collaborate with site coordinators to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
3. Manage project timelines, customer specifications, and ensure on-time delivery.
4. Identify and mitigate site risks, managing workers and subcontractors to maintain safety and efficiency.
5. Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and adjust operations based on changing requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies, and review daily work activities.
7. Train workers on new tasks and equipment, and provide transport to and from job sites, including for emergency situations.

Requirements:

1. Safety Orientations Course (Power Plant & Construction).
2. 1+ year scaffolding experience and knowledge of WSH regulations.
3. Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
4. Supervise Work At Height Course (Good to have).
