Coordinate for the submission of safety documents such as Risk Assessment, Training Records, Tool Box Meeting and Permit to Work Applications.
Coordination to organize weekly tool box meeting and attend the safety committee meeting.
Conduct of First Day Induction for all new workers on site.
Conduct of Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure briefing to workers.
Conduct of Safety training on the safe use of equipment and machineries to workers.
Manage the group of supervisors to coordinate for safety and housekeeping works on site.
Assist in consolidating safety documents required for CP79, SS506, OHSAS18001 or ISO 45001.
Ensure workers are trained on Risk Assessment and Safe Work Practice before assigning them for work activity.
Supervise workers and stop any unsafe act.
Ensure all workers are equipped with the necessary PPE for the work.
Provide workers with proper, safe and functional tools.
Transporting workers from work site to accommodation and vice versa.
Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
Applicants are expected to possess the following:
Building Construction Supervisor Safety Certificate
Advance Workplace Safety and Health Certificate
Occupational First Aid Certificate
Work at Height Certificate
WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan Certificate
Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation Certificate
Holding Singapore Driving License Class 3
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in tunnelling/pipe jacking works and pipe laying works within Construction and/or Civil Engineering projects would be ideal for this position.
