Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the SPM / PM / SM / Project Engineer, Site Supervisor / Foreman have the following responsibilities:
• Manage, initiate, and assign workers and equipment schedules and activities.
• Allocating work to workers, setting production targets and communicating precise instructions.
• Effective employee relations.
• Ensure all works are perform in safe manner and environment.
• Perform daily safety inspections.
• Achieve tasks as assigned by Management.
• To resolve construction discrepancies.
• Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years Site Supervisor on Construction company experience
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind
• Self-motivated and team player
