Site Supervisor (Cleaning Service Industry)

Job Descriptions:

1. A team leader to plan, coordinate, execute and responsible for the general cleaning process, manages the cleaning logistics and supervising other cleaning crews at several job sites.
2. Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams.
3. Manage and maintain inventory, cleaning equipment across various job sites.
4. Attend meetings with clients to understand needs and requirements, develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
5. Ensure the skills of cleaning teams are properly trained and align to the client requirements.
6. Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
7. Respond to and report operational incidents to office and client if any.
8. Reporting to the Operation Manager.
9. Any other administration/operation duties may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC with at least 3-10 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry is preferred.
2. Strong industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection.
3. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. A good team player and able to work independently.
5. Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyze and think flexibly.
6. Supervisory skills to manage cleaners.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Assist to move the equipment and products.
9. Computer literacy – Email, Microsoft Excel.

Other Information:

1. 6 working days per week.
2. Salary: S$2500-$3200 (Based on Experience).
3. Location: Multiple locations / Island wide Singapore.
