Site supervisor - Changi

Working hours: (08.30am to 05.30pm)

Location: Changi

Scope of Activities

1. Supervise works and ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications.
2. Monitor progress, track work completion, and report any delays immediately.
3. Adhere to hours; ensure work is conducted within stipulated times.
4. Enforce safety and control dust, noise, and vibrations to maintain a safe site.
5. Maintain records; keep detailed logs of activities, inspections, and site conditions.
6. Verify drawings and ensure all work aligns with approved plans and drawings.
7. Check compliance and confirm that contractors meet all contract requirements.
8. Inspect layouts, verify service routes, and report any deviations from plans.
9. Ensure safety practices; oversee the implementation of temporary supports and protections.
10. Monitor daily activities and update daily contractor activities using WhatsApp.
11. Maintain standards and ensure site cleanliness and tidiness are upheld.
12. Verify claims and validate contractor reports and claims, including variations.
13. Inspect compliance; ensure all work meets specifications prior to handover.
14. Manage access; restrict workers to designated areas only.
15. Complete tasks and carry out all assigned project-related duties.
16. Attend meetings and participate in weekly progress meetings for updates.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Architecture from local polytechnic or equivalent; and
• Possess 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in architectural work.
