Site Supervisor - Central area

Work Hours: 44hrs/Week

Location: Central area, Singapore

Scope of activities

• Conduct risk assessments for hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA or relevant safety regulations.
• Regularly inspect the site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Record and investigate accidents; implement preventive actions.
• Ensure workers receive safety training and use PPE.
• Assign tasks based on project needs and worker skills.
• Manage schedules to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate between managers, contractors, and workers.
• Oversee resource distribution: tools, materials, labor.
• Resolve operational, logistical, and personnel issues on-site.
• Ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards.
• Perform regular quality checks to spot defects or issues.
• Document work progress, quality assessments, and deviations.
• Maintain logs for attendance, progress, and inventory.
• Report regularly to management on project status and challenges.
• Track site expenses to manage the budget effectively.
• Act as a role model, fostering accountability and professionalism.
• Keep communication open and clear with all team members.
• Motivate workers and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure necessary permits are obtained and displayed.
• Comply with environmental regulations on waste and pollution.

Qualification/Experiance

• At least 1 year of experience in the construction of building projects.
• At least a diploma in civil engineering.
