Site Supervisor (Building Supervisor) - RT1

Responsibilities:

• Plan construction sequence for various work trades.

• Coordinate and lead the inspection of works by Resident Engineer and/or Clerk of works.

• Assist in implementing Quality System on site.

• Follow up and monitor Contractors QAQC issues for timely close out.

• Ensure timely delivery of all construction material.

• Review daily reports from vendors and ensure all daily activities are properly recorded in the reports prior to circulation to Project Director/Manager.

• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.

• Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Building or Engineering or Equivalent.

• Around 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
