Job Description & Requirements

1. Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, and surveying.
2. Lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule.
3. Plan the manpower deployment required for the site works.
4. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables for construction projects at construction sites.
5. Oversee the works and resolve any technical issues or difficulties that may arise on construction sites.
6. Ensure that the works at construction sites comply with safe work procedures.
7. Report to the project team on work progress at construction sites.
8. Liaise with main or sub-contractors for coordination work and installation.
9. Manage all on-site matters and assist with technical issues.
10. Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Remarks: Accept working outdoors; the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
