Job description

1. Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.

2. Prepare workers' attendance and work done documents for QS to submit monthly claim.

3. Conduct inspections with RE / RTO.

4. Monitor timber, plywood, and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage, or loss.

5. Ensure workers are working on site in safe conditions.

6. Liaise with customers regarding all site matters and meetings if required.

7. Liaise with subcontractors on their work progress and supervise their adherence to safety requirements.
