Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with experience in lift and elevator installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently install lifts and elevators.

Lead, manage, supervise and train a team of workers on-site.

Oversee safety and production processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Handle basic communication in English and Chinese for coordination and reporting.

Monitor and resolve on-site installation challenges effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lift and elevator installation.

Ability to lead a team and teach workers.

Knowledge of safety standards and production management.

Basic proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of installation techniques and equipment handling.
