Site Supervisor

Job Description

1. Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
2. Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
3. Ensure site works are carried out according to the daily/weekly site coordination schedule.
4. Control and minimize material wastage.
5. Resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
6. Monitor and lead the work of contractors and workers.

Requirements

1. 5 years’ experience in Building Construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.
2. Formal education.
3. Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
