Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly, ensuring continuous project progress.
Resource Management: Oversee proper use of materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and reporting any issues.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to workers and teams, nurturing skill development and team cohesion.
Safety Planning: Assist in implementing traffic management plans and other safety measures, prioritizing site and public safety.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
