Site Supervisor

Oversee on-site operations, leading the teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Manage and guide workers to ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with SOP.

Report the project progress to the project manager, ensuring the project runs smoothly and provide necessary support at the same time.

Responsible for resolving issues at the work site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior or commercial renovation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with teams, workers, and contractors.
• Good project management skills, including organization and planning.

• Work visa can be provided for this role.
• Expected start date for role: 01 January 2025.
• Expected salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month.
