Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
2. Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches, and utilities diversion
3. Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
4. Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site
5. Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
6. Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
7. Review & supervise safety, environmental, and health matters
8. Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
9. Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
10. Provide other services required
11. Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC)

Requirements

1. Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
2. Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
3. Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
4. Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / tunnel / viaduct / flyover

Candidates with many safety certifications and many years of experience without a diploma would be considered.
