Site Supervisor

About the role

Join MAXISEAL PTE LTD as a Site Supervisor in multiple workplace locations across Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction site operations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's success within the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
2. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.
3. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities, progress, and any incidents.
5. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.
6. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed.
7. Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
8. Compile and submit completed work to the Quantity Surveyor for progress claims to the clients.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role.
2. Candidates must hold at least a Class 3 driving license.
3. Basic technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
5. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges as they arise.
6. Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple stakeholders.
